Amy’s Cranberry Salad
No one in my family likes this except me… but that’s OK, I can eat it all!
In large bowl, combine until dissolved:
- 1 small pkg. Cherry Jell-O
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
Add:
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 Tbl. lemon juice
- ½ small orange, ground
- 1 cup raw cranberries, ground
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 10 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
Pour into serving dish and chill until set!
Easy way to grind berries and orange:
- Wash cranberries and orange
- Slice oranges into chunks and remove seeds
- Freeze berries and orange
- Grind in blender or food processor
