Personally, I think it’s a little ridiculous that my name is included on a list of women who said “YES!” to God.

If only you knew how I argue with Him each day! “I can’t love my neighbors, Lord–I don’t even know them! I can’t be nice to people when I feel really cranky. I can’t find time in my day to have women over for coffee!”

Oh, I could go on and on with my excuses…

I’m gradually learning to trust God, even when His invitations come as inconveniences. His ideas seem harebrained. His price tag can be costly.
